Addition to the notice of the Annual General Meeting of NoHo Partners Plc
The following changes have been made to the notice of the Annual General Meeting of NoHo Partners Plc, sections 11. and 12.
11. Deciding on the number of the members of the Board of Directors
The shareholders who in total represent some 55.1% of all the company's shares and votes have announced to the company that they will propose to the Annual General Meeting that the previously proposed number of the members of the Board of Directors be increased by one, and that seven (7) members be elected to the Board of Directors.
12. Election of the Chairman, Vice-Chairman and the members of the Board of Directors
The shareholders who in total represent some 55.1% of all the company's shares and votes have announced to the company that they will propose to the Annual General Meeting that the current members of the Board of Directors, Timo Laine, Petri Olkinuora, Mikko Aartio, Mika Niemi, Tomi Terho and Saku Tuominen, be elected as members of the Board of Directors for the term of office that expires at the end of the first Annual General Meeting following the election.
Furthermore, the aforementioned shareholders propose that Mia Ahlström be elected as the new member of the Board of Directors for the same term of office.
Mia Ahlström, b. 1967, Graduate in Business and Marketing, is the CEO, Founder and a Board Member of BCC Ahlström Oy as well as a Partner and Board Member of Flove Oy. She has worked as Deputy Country Retail Manager/Executive Vice President of IKEA North America Services LLC in 2015-2018; at IKEA Oy as Deputy Country Retail Manager/Executive Vice President in 2013-2015, as Store Manager in 2011-2015, as HRD Manager in 2009-2011, as Creative Director in 2006-2009; and in sales and home furniture supervisory and executive team duties in 2002-2006. In addition, she has worked as Project Manager at Isku Interior Oy in 1999-2002. She has been a Permanent Invitee to the Board of Directors of IKEA Oy in 2009-2015, a Permanent Invitee to the Board of Directors of IKEA Real Estate Oy in 2013-2015 and a Permanent Invitee to the Board of Directors of IKEA North America Services LLC in 2015-2018. She has also served as a Member of the Country Executive Management Team of IKEA Oy in 2006-2015 and as the Vice-Chairman of the Country Executive Management Team in 2013-2015.
The documents of the Annual General Meeting have been updated with the following documents published today, 12 April 2019: Proposed members of the Board of Directors 2019, and Shareholders' proposals to the Annual General Meeting 2019. These documents are attached to this release, and they are available on the company website at www.noho.fi.
The Annual General Meeting of NoHo Partners Plc will be held on Wednesday 24 April 2019 starting at 3:00 pm in Tampere Hall at Yliopistonkatu 55, 33100 Tampere.
