Annual General Meeting of Probiodrug AG
Election of New Supervisory Board members
HALLE/SAALE, Germany, 10 June, 2015 - Probiodrug AG (Euronext Amsterdam: PBD), a biopharmaceutical company developing novel therapeutic solutions to treat Alzheimer's disease (AD), has the honour to announce the following Supervisory Board changes following its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 10 June 2015. The shareholders have elected Ms Charlotte Lohmann and Mr Kees Been as new members of the Supervisory Board.
Dr Erich Platzer, Dr Dinnies von der Osten, Dr Jörg Neermann and Dr Olivier Litzka were re-elected as Supervisory Board Members. In addition, all resolutions proposed by the Company's Management and Supervisory Board were approved at the meeting including:

89.3 % of the voting shares were represented at the 2015 Probiodrug AG AGM.
