DISCLOSURE OF CHANGES IN SHAREHOLDING PURSUANT TO THE SECURITIES MARKETS ACT, CHAPTER 9, SECTION 10
On 21 April 2015, Restamax Plc (Business ID 1952494-7) received a notification of major shareholding pursuant to the Securities Markets Act, Chapter 9, Section 10, from Ramanetto Oy (Business ID 1070900-5). According to the notification, the company's holdings have fallen below 5% of the share capital and proportion of voting rights of Restamax Plc on 21 April 2015.
The change is due to the merger of Mr Max Oy's fully owned subsidiary Ramanetto Oy into Mr Max Oy (Business ID 1077473-9) on 21 April 2015. Before the merger, Mr Max owned 30.83% (5,049,400 shares) of Restamax Plc's shares. With the merger, all of the 1,001,540 shares owned by Ramanetto Oy, which amount to 6.11% of all Restamax shares, were transferred to Mr Max Oy. After the merger, Mr Max Oy owns a total of 6,050,940 shares, or 36.94% of all Restamax shares.
Restamax Plc's share capital comprises a total of 16,379,620 shares, and each share has one vote.
