FLAGGING NOTIFICATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 9, SECTION 10 OF THE FINNISH SECURITIES MARKETS ACT
Restamax Plc has on 7 June 2017 received a flagging notification in accordance with Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act concerning Restamax Plc's shares.
According to the flagging notification, the proportion of Mikko Aartio, of PIMU Capital Oy fully owned by him and of Eiramax Oy in which he is a partner from the total number of Restamax Plc's shares has increased from 3,074,416 shares to 3,574,416 shares, or 21.51 per cent of Restamax Plc's share capital and votes.
Mikko Aartio owns 100 per cent of PIMU Capital Oy and 70 per cent of Eiramax Oy. As of 7 June 2017, Mikko Aartio does not own any shares in Mr Max Oy, which is why he does not, alone or together with Timo Laine, who as of 7 June 2017 owns 100 per cent of the outstanding shares in Mr Max Oy, have the power to take decisions with the Restamax Plc shares owned by Mr Max Oy. Previously, Mikko Aartio owned 50 per cent of Mr Max Oy.
On the day of submitting the flagging notification, Mikko Aartio personally owns 5,596 Restamax Plc shares, or 0.03 per cent of Restamax Plc's share capital and votes; PIMU Capital Oy owns 3,500,000 Restamax Plc shares, or 21.06 per cent of Restamax Plc's share capital and votes; and Eiramax Oy owns 68,820 Restamax Plc shares, or 0.41 per cent of Restamax Plc's share capital and votes.
Restamax Plc's share capital consists of 16,619,620 shares and votes. Restamax Plc has one series of shares, and each share carries one vote.
