FLAGGING NOTIFICATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 9, SECTION 10 OF THE FINNISH SECURITIES MARKETS ACT
Restamax Plc (Business ID 1952494-7) has on 22 December 2017 received from Sign Systems Finland Oy (Business ID 1016226-5) a notification of major shareholding under Section 9(5) of the Securities Markets Act, according to which the total holding in Restamax Plc's shares of Sign Systems Finland Oy has fallen below the 5 per cent limit of Restamax Plc's share capital and number of votes on 22 December 2017.
