FLAGGING NOTIFICATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 9, SECTION 10 OF THE FINNISH SECURITIES MARKETS ACT
Restamax Plc (Business ID 1952494-7) has on 31 December 2017 received from Laine Capital Oy (Business ID 2768455-3) a notification of major shareholding under Section 9(5) of the Securities Markets Act.
According to the flagging notification, Mr Max Oy, 100% owned by Timo Laine, has on 31 December 2017 merged with Laine Capital Oy, which is 100% owned by Timo Laine, as a result of which the Restamax Plc shares (1,573,964 shares) previously owned by Mr Max Oy have transferred as universal succession to Laine Capital Oy.
