The Bank is very satisfied with the conditions which were achieved.  The loan will strengthen the Bank's capital adequacy considerably.  Based on balance sheet figures for the second quarter of 2003, it will strengthen the core capital to approximately 9.5 %, and capital adequacy to approximately 13.0 %.
