SpareBank 1 Midt Norge has acquired 9.7 % of the shares in Romsdals Fellesbank ASA.
SpareBank 1 Midt-Norge has acquired 606 771 shares in Romsdals Fellesbank ASA, equivalent to a 9.7 % ownership interest. The bank has also received pre-acceptances for a considerable number of shares in a public offer which, if implemented, will be given all the shareholders. In a potential offer Romsdals Fellesbank ASA's shareprice will be set to NOK 138,- per share. SpareBank 1 Midt-Norge has therefore initiated a dialogue with the board and management of Romsdals Fellesbank ASA.
